Council of Europe Committee of Ministers recommendation addressing the organization of Crime Prevention.
The Council of Europe Committee of Ministers recommends that the governments of Member States include prevention as a permanent feature of governmental programmes for controlling crime.
The recommendation includes issues such as establishing and supporting crime-prevention agencies, developing and promoting research in the field of prevention and enhancing international cooperation.
