Description

This training delivers on-site training to border security and management officials to be able to better identify and interview potential foreign terrorist fighters

Summary

This training is the part of an ongoing project. The third phase of this project includes the deployment of the OSCE mobile training team to the selected border crossing points (e.g. international airports, land borders and/or seaports) to deliver training on identification and interviewing of potential FTFs, to personnel assigned at these locations.

The project furthers TNTD/Border Security and Management Unit (TNTD/BSMU) objective to support and assist OSCE participating States and OSCE field operations to address multiple and evolving border related threats of an increasingly transnational nature and is under the framework of the OSCE Mobile Training Team (MTT) on the identification of potential Foreign Terrorist Fighters (FTFs) at the borders.
