Country Profiles

Information on the law enforcement structures of the 57 participating States has been collected from official websites of these countries and other open sources. These country profiles are then reviewed and authorized by the respective governments.* The information contained in the profiles is published "as it is" received from the respective delegations to the OSCE. The TNTD regularly invites the participating and partner for co-operation states to review and update their respective profiles in the effort to keep this information up to date.

Apart from general information on the law enforcement agencies dealing with policing, counter-terrorism, border security and management, and cyber/ICT security, these profiles give some insight into the structure, functions and other aspects of the listed agencies, as well as a general overview of the criminal justice system.

* — As of now, 51 country profiles have been approved by the respective governments.
