The workshop was organized by the Strategic Police Matters Unit of the OSCE Transnational Threats Department and Ukraine’s Ministry of Social Policy, with the support of the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine and INTERPOL.
Mission plan was to facilitate two days Regional Meeting of the National Coordinators for fight against Trafficking in Human Beings on topic “Current Situation in the Field of Fight against Trafficking in Human Beings and Suggestions and Recommendations for Improvement”, held on 25-26 of February 2010 in Budva, Montenegro.
The aim of the Conference was to share the lessons learned, define concrete measures to increase the exchange of operational information and enhance the level of co-operation between the participating countries.
The aim of this Conference, organised by the Italian mission of the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in co-operation with UNICRI, was to promote reflections on recent developments in the area of trafficking in human beings.
The objective of the 2015 Annual Police Experts Meeting is to provide a platform for national authorities to exchange views and to improve the multi-agency co-operation to respond to organized crime and trafficking in human beings linked to irregular migration in the OSCE area.
