    The campaign promotes the new powers of the PIK to investigate criminal offences allegedly committed by police employees, the PIK portion in investigating disciplinary violations and inspection of police management areas. The overall purpose of the campaign is to promote the PIK as a civilian external oversight mechanism of the police, as well as to enhance the public confidence in the police.

  • Drugs-fighting training for Police personnel concerned from Afghanistan

    The goal of this Project was to provide a one month training on drug fighting process to the selected group of 10 Afghani Police members of operational level with a purpose to deliver the advanced knowledge and to develop their practical skills at this sphere. The training was conducted at the facilities and by personnel of International Drug Fighting Training Centre (IDFTC) of All-Russian Advanced Police Academy in Moscow (Domodedovo), Russia.
