  This report provides information about police-related activities of the SPMU, as well as other cross-dimensional police-related activities of other thematic units in the Secretariat and OSCE Institutions. It also gives an overview of the capacity and institution building activities undertaken by the OSCE field operations in support of their respective host-State governments.

• Report on OSCE Activities in the Fight Against Organised Crime in 2008

  This report covers all organised crime-related activities of the OSCE in 2008 and provides an update on OSCE’s activities in support of the UNTOC as well as the current status of ratification of the UNTOC convention among the participating States.

• Annual Report of the Secretary General on Police-Related Activities in 2006

  The report provides information about police capacity and institution building undertaken by OSCE field operations in support of their respective host-State governments and describes developments in activities conducted by the SPMU.

• Reference Guide to Criminal Procedure

  The Guide was produced by the High Level Working Group on Criminal Procedure ("Brussels Working Group"), which was established on the initiative of the Belgian OSCE Chairmanship in 2006. This group comprised the experts from the international organisations and the national authortities of different participating States in order to reflect criminal justice systems within the OSCE area and guarantee an approach based on international law. This is the Volume 2 in the SPMU Publication Series.

• Annual Report of the Secretary General on Police-Related Activities in 2013

  This report provides an overview of the police-related programmes and projects, implemented by the OSCE executive structures, including the thematic units in the Secretariat, the institutions and the field operations, during 2013.
