  The SOCTA report was drafted and adopted as part of the ExB project “Enhancing Capacities for Strategic Analysis and Strategic Assessments in the Criminal Investigation Directorates of the Serbian, Montenegrin and HC Ministries of Interior”.   This report gives overview of the three subsequent courses of the ‘Investigative Interviewing’ training held in the period of June - July 2007 by the Training Division, Police Development Department, of the OSCE Spillover Monitor Mission to Skopje. Analysis of the feedback forms from the participants and evaluation of the overall course are included.

• Seeking protection from domestic violence: A Handbook for Victims and NPOs

  As part of the Women’s Access to Justice Project, the OSCE Presence in Albania has published this handbook by using a simple language and a “how to” approach (frequently asked questions). The handbook aims to raise awareness on domestic violence and the legal redress mechanisms available to combat it. More specifically, the handbook presents concisely the new law “On Measures against Violence in Family Relations”,which entered into force on 1 June, 2007, and provides practical guidance to victim
