    The brochures in 3 languages and a video spot were developed by the OSCE Mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina jointly with the NGO, “Centre against Trafficking in Works of Art”, with a goal to increase public awareness on the importance of cultural heritage protection and the degree of its current endangerment.

  • Cybercrime - A Practical Guide to Criminal Law and Case Studies

    The OSCE Mission to Montenegro, the US Embassy and the Judiciary Training Centre, in co-operation with police, prosecution and judiciary experts have developed this guide for public prosecutors, judges and criminal police officers. The guide presents the basics of international and national criminal law framework, accompanied by concrete examples. Its purpose is to serve as a tool in the work of the police, public prosecutors and courts when processing the cybercrime cases.

    Strategic document, drafted with the support of the OSCE Mission to Serbia, defines Serbia’s policy to combat corruption over the next five years and aims at eliminating corruption as an obstacle to the economic, social and democratic development of the Republic of Serbia. The strategy covers, among others, the areas of judiciary and police.
