The Guide for Crisis Communication determines the procedures in relation to the coordination of communication, both internally and externally in case of crisis. It states the roles, responsibilities and protocol of communication with the target groups during the crisis.
This guide, developed by the OSCE Mission in Skopje in co-operation with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, is intended for the pupils and members of prevention clubs within the schools.
