Mission plan was to facilitate two days Regional Meeting of the National Coordinators for fight against Trafficking in Human Beings on topic “Current Situation in the Field of Fight against Trafficking in Human Beings and Suggestions and Recommendations for Improvement”, held on 25-26 of February 2010 in Budva, Montenegro.
The event has been organised by the OSCE Strategic Police Matters Unit in collaboration with the OSCE Mission to Serbia and The Republic of Serbia Ministry of Interior with goal to build cybercrime investigation capacity in the Balkan Region and facilitate establishment of specialized cybercrime units.
The regional workshop gathered representatives from different countries as well as international experts and the private sector to share best practices and experiences in adopting a legislative framework in line with the Convention on Cybercrime and in facing challenges related to cybercrime investigations
OSCE organised a conference in which the concept of E-learning was introduced to the representatives of the Serbian MoI - especially the possibilities of its use in police training at all levels
