Mission plan was to facilitate two days Regional Meeting of the National Coordinators for fight against Trafficking in Human Beings on topic “Current Situation in the Field of Fight against Trafficking in Human Beings and Suggestions and Recommendations for Improvement”, held on 25-26 of February 2010 in Budva, Montenegro.
The event has been organised by the OSCE Strategic Police Matters Unit in collaboration with the OSCE Mission to Serbia and The Republic of Serbia Ministry of Interior with goal to build cybercrime investigation capacity in the Balkan Region and facilitate establishment of specialized cybercrime units.
This workshop, organised by the Strategic Police Matters Unit (SPMU) in co-operation with the Lithuanian Ministry of the Interior and UNODC, aimed to develop preventive measures against production and trafficking in synthetic drugs in the Baltic region and strengthen a regional co-operation among law enforcement agencies, reducing the supply of drugs, improving international co-operation and raising public awareness.
In December 2010, the Virtual Global Taskforce (VGT) held its fourth biennial international Conference in Sydney, Australia, on the topic of “Global Child Protection in Tomorrow's Virtual World”.
