This Manual is the result of the third stage of a programme to combat trafficking in children for sexual purposes, devised by the ECPAT Europe Law Enforcement Group - a regional grouping of ECPAT Europe partners, coordinated by ECPAT Netherlands.
The report contains recommendations that address the most urgent bilateral and sub-regional border issues as well as the essential areas of cross-border concerns.
The Manual contains established criteria, used by the Fuenlabrada Police, in detection and/or registration of persons and/or vehicles in public places.
The objective of the convention is to protect children against and prevent sexual exploitation and sexual abuse of children, protecting child victims of sexual offences and prosecuting perpetrators.
The report provides information about police capacity and institution building undertaken by OSCE field operations in support of their respective host-State governments and describes developments in activities conducted by the SPMU.
