This guide, developed by the OSCE Mission in Skopje in co-operation with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, is intended for the pupils and members of prevention clubs within the schools.
Materials for 5-day training course, developed and conducted conducted by Mr. Vince Davenport, Kansas City Police Department, for the pilot Community Policing Unit from November 30 to December 4 at the Police Induction Training.
The purpose of this lesson is to enable all relevant staff in the police to recognize and respond to indications of vulnerability or intimidation and to provide the participants with the knowledge and skills to conduct an appropriate interview by exploring the alternatives open to such witnesses, victims or suspects.
