This lessons learned report describes and compares the challenges the Law Enforcement Departments (LEDs) of the OSCE field operations faced when they implemented their mandates. Furthermore, the report compiles and compares the strategies and practices the LEDs applied to cope with the challenges. This is the Volume 7 in the SPMU Publication Series.
The Mission, in close co-operation with the Hungarian Embassy in Skopje and the Hungarian Law Enforcement School, organized a training course for representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The regional threat assessment was made as part of a regional project aimed at enhancing capacities for strategic analysis and strategic assessments in the Serbian, Montenegrin and Macedonian Ministries of the Interior and was implemented by the OSCE Mission to Serbia. International partners included DCAF and Europol.
