    Based on the decision of the Working Group representing the Principals (MoIA, EU, OSCE, American Embassy, NATO), OSCE took the initiative to organise a regional conference to support the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Host Country in strengthening its Human Resource Management system based on professional criteria and effective, efficient, accountable and transparent procedures that are in line with the Law on Internal Affairs and its implementing regulations.
