• Interaction Between Journalists and Police Officers during Mass Events

  This guidebook is a result of joint work between Ukraine's Interior Ministry officers and media unions’ experts as part of a project implemented by the OSCE Project Co-ordinator. It includes recommendations on their co-operation during mass events, the rules of safe conduct and a detailed overview of the rights and responsibilities of both the police and journalists. It is not available in English.

• Guidelines for operational police involved in community policing

  These guidelines, developed by the Armenian Police in co-operation with the OSCE Office in Yerevan, define the general context and legislative framework, general principles, styles of policing, and also cover the issues of communication and behavior, problem solving and providing police response.

  This document covers the data obtained by the M-Info Marketing Company for the OSCE Office in Yerevan during the Public Opinion Poll on Evaluation of Police-Public Partnership in Yerevan and the data analysis. The document does not contain subjective opinion or judgments of the M-Info concerning the survey, it only represents the data of the survey and interpretation of those data on the basis of the methods of formal analysis.
