    The aim of this training course, organised by the Strategic Poilce Matters Unit of the OSCE Secretariat in co-operation with the Turkish International Academy against Drugs and Organised Crime (TADOC), was to prepare law enforcement officers of anti-narcotics units for their role in performing their operational duties and tasks and equip them with the necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes to enable them to combat against drugs competently, confidently, and ethically.
