This training strategy was developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MoIA) of the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia in co-operation with the OSCE Mission to Skopje and aims to establish the training system that will incorporate an effective methodology and procedures to establish the training needs and plan their delivery.
The Order stipulates measure and activities aimed at promoting the civil society engagement in the implementation of the police reform and also contains the Annex "Provision of the Public Council on the Civil Society Assistance to the Police Reform under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan".
This protocol between the General Secretariat of Government of Montenegro and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Albania aims, inter alia, to intensify mutual efforts in combating trafficking in persons, information sharing and mutual assistance regarding the identification, referral, protection as well as assisted return of (potential) victims of trafficking.
