A series of regional trainings for law enforcement, ombudsman representatives, civil society and legal professionals on the treatment of persons in the initial stages of police custody organised by the Office in Tajikistan
This course material consisting of 7 modules was developed by the International Institute of Criminal Investigations for the OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Order stipulates measure and activities aimed at promoting the civil society engagement in the implementation of the police reform and also contains the Annex "Provision of the Public Council on the Civil Society Assistance to the Police Reform under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan".
