• Information Bulletin on the Drug Situation in the Central Asian Region

  Prepared by the National Information and Analytical Centre on Drug Control and published with the support of the OSCE, this Bulletin contains information covering the current status and development trends in the drug situation in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan for 2017, as well as measures taken in the fight against the international distribution of drugs. The strategies and analysis presented also promotes the advancement of regional cooperation between the relevant law enforcement bodies of the countries in the region.

  These guidelines, developed by the Armenian Police in co-operation with the OSCE Office in Yerevan, define the general context and legislative framework, general principles, styles of policing, and also cover the issues of communication and behavior, problem solving and providing police response.

  This 3-level course was developed by the community policing project of the OSCE Police Assistance Programme in Kyrgyzstan and can be used by community policing trainers.

• Workbook on community policing for quarter (neighborhood) police — Managerial level

  This training course material, part of the 3-level community policing training, was developed under the community policing project of the OSCE Police Assistance Programme in Kyrgyzstan and can be used by community policing trainers.
