The Police Development Department (PDD) of the OSCE Mission to Skopje conducted this survey to evaluate their perception on policing within their municipalities.
Part 5 of the Cross-Cutting Issues' sector of the Criminal Justice Assessment Toolkit, produced by the United Nation Office on Drugs and Crime and the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-HABITAT) to support joint programming at the country level.
The toolkit is set of tools designed to enable interested parties to conduct comprehensive assessments of criminal justice systems and identify areas of technical assistance. It was developed by the UNODC in close co-operation with the OSCE/SPMU.
The report provides concrete recommendations for the Ministry of Interior, Police Administration, other government institutions, as well as for the international community, which are meant to form the basis for future constructive discussions.
