• Annual Report of the Secretary General on Police-Related Activities in 2012

  This report describes the police-related activities of the OSCE executive structures in compliance with the Ministerial and Permanent Council Decisions and Action Plans, listed in Appendix 3. The report provides information about the police-related activities of the TNTD/SPMU, other thematic units in the Secretariat, and the OSCE field operations. The HCNM and ODIHR Annual Reports on Police-Related Activities for 2012 are attached to this report in Appendix 1 and 2, respectively.

• Police education and training systems in the OSCE region

  This research was conducted in order to sustain the police training support aimed at adherence by the police to the rule of law and community safety, to improve the functioning of the police education and training system, and to address the challenges of the police education and training system remodelling as an essential part of the police reform by identifying the most promising national solutions of advanced education/training standards. It is recommended for a broad range of Ukrainian professionals dealing with police education and training (including basic and continuing training).

• Police Reform within the Framework of Criminal Justice System Reform

  This Guidebook identifies the interfaces in the criminal justice process among the various institutions of the CJS and between them and other relevant governmental agencies as well as non-governmental security and justice providers and civil society. It elaborates on a number of good practices in addressing these interfaces in practical reform steps and identifies options for enhancing international co-operation in following a holistic CJS reform (CJSR) approach.

• Training course on Mutual Legal Assistance requests

  Material for a training course developed for the project "Strengthening the fight against transnational organized crime in South-Eastern Europe through improved regional co-operation in asset seizure, confiscation, management and re-use", implemented by the Transnational Threats Department of the OSCE Secretariat

• Montenegro Serious and Organised Crime Threat Assessment

  The report is intended to provide help to all law enforcement agencies and state institutions in Montenegro, as well as other entities involved in fighting serious and organised crime.
