• Serbia Serious and Organised Crime Threat Assessment

  This report is the first assessment of threats from serious and organised crime made in Macedonia, supported by the OSCE Mission to Serbia, the Government of Switzerland, DCAF and Europol.

• Child Pornography: Model Legislation & Global Review (2012, 7th Edition)

  The 7th edition contains an updated review of the existing legislation focusing on child abuse offences in 196 countries and also includes several new sections: on online grooming, on the new EU Directive on combating the sexual abuse and sexual exploitation of children and child pornography, a review of data retention and preservation policies, and a discussion of implementation.

• Recommendations for improving communication between police and media at the local level

  These recommendations were produced by the Serbian Public Relations Agency P.R.A. based on the surveys it conducted after four workshops, organized by the Democratisation Department of the OSCE Mission to Serbia, for Ministry of Interior Chiefs and Spokespersons of the Regional Police Departments.

• 2005 Eurobarometer survey on safer internet

  The Eurobarometer survey presents the attitude of European Union citizens towards illegal and harmful content on the Internet and their knowledge of how to protect their children against it. It covers 25 Member States, candidate and acceding countries and was conducted in December 2005.

• Report on Joint Initiatives

  The report’s overall purpose is to provide Serbian authorities and the Government in general a legally sound basis for improving the legal provisions regulating the pre-investigation and the investigation phase under the new Criminal Procedure Code (CPC).
