The workshop was organized by the Strategic Police Matters Unit of the OSCE Transnational Threats Department and Ukraine’s Ministry of Social Policy, with the support of the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine and INTERPOL.
The report was prepared jointly by the by the Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA), the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution (BfV) and the Hesse Information and Competence Centre Against Extremism (HKE). It is based entirely on information from the federal and state police and domestic intelligence agencies.

The OSCE Strategic Police Matters Unit, in cooperation with the German Federal Criminal Police Office (Bundeskriminalamt), has arranged for 17 police investigators from the Balkan region to participate in a one-week cybercrime forensics course.
This conference brings together practitioners, policy makers and researchers to share and discuss recent findings on how best to protect young people from coming to harm online. It will also address the need for support and preventive strategies.
