The Order stipulates measure and activities aimed at promoting the civil society engagement in the implementation of the police reform and also contains the Annex "Provision of the Public Council on the Civil Society Assistance to the Police Reform under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan".
The order of the MIA of Tajikistan No. 841, dated 11 November 2014, approving the Provision of the Public Council on promoting the civil society in the implementation of the police reform under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, which was adopted by the Working group on management of the police reform (political level), non-governmental and civil society organizations.
