Material for 1-week training course, developed by the OSCE Mission in Kosovo for officers of Kosovo Police and Kosovo Agency of Forensic (KAF)
The purpose of the training course is to equip the KP and KAF trainers with skills and knowledge in delivering training on stolen vehicles and aimed to also provide them with the contemporary techniques of lecturing based on adult learning principles.
The materials and the skills provided to the trainers will enable them to further cascade the training to KAF and KP Training Department. The training consists of topics such as the general overview on stolen vehicle cases, types and methods of investigation of stolen vehicles, preservation of evidence, elements of stolen vehicles, as well as the practical exercises carried out in the police compounds.
