The launch event presents the handbook, which promotes the integration of gender awareness in preventing and countering violent extremism and radicalization that lead to terrorism (VERLT), consistent with OSCE Ministerial Council Declaration No. 4/15. A panel discussion on good practices on gender mainstreaming in counter-terrorism and preventing and countering violent extremism and radicalization that lead to terrorism follows after the handbook presentation.
