Summary

This lesson will familiarize participants with the necessary documents required to cross a state border including when driving a vehicle across the border. You will also learn what is meant by the terms Refugee, Returnee and Deportee.

The goal of this lesson is to familiarize participants with the necessary documents required to cross a state border and explain what is meant by the terms Refuge, Returnee and deportee.

At the end of this lesson the participants will be able to:

  1. Name the documents required in order to legally cross a state border
  2. Explain the term “valid passport”
  3. Explain the difference between UNMIK Travel Document and UNMIK Temporary Travel Document
  4. Define the term identity card
  5. Name the additional documents required when driving a vehicle across the state border
  6. Define the terms Refugee, Returnee, and Deportee
