Summary

The Infant Two-Rescuer CPR skills workshop serves two purposes. First and most important, the student should use them to prepare and reinforce essential skills. Second, they are used to evaluate students for satisfactory course completion.

To allow students opportunity to observe, practice, and perform Two-Rescuer Infant CPR skills associated with basic life support.

Student will prepare for Practical Exam by practising the following procedures:

  1. Demonstrate Two-Rescuer Infant CPR.
  2. Identify when to interrupt CPR
  3. Demonstrate removing a Foreign Body Airway Obstruction – Conscious Infant
  4. Demonstrate removing a Foreign Body Airway Obstruction – Unconscious Infant
