The Criminal Code of the Republic of Macedonia is the source of the substantive law on the offences against property. This lesson will deal with the most common types of theft a police officer will encounter. These are basic crimes which you will be dealing with on a regular basis. You need to know the definitions well. You need to know what points you must include in your notetaking or statement writing to confirm that an offence has been committed. There are no handouts for this lesson, you will need to write down each definition and then learn it.
