Summary

The goal of this lesson is to provide Police Inspectorate staff with an introduction to the applicable law that relates to the use of covert methods of surveillance by the KPS.

At the end of this lesson Inspectorate staff will be able to:

  1. State the criteria for the lawful use of covert photographic surveillance
  2. List the conditions for the lawful use of an interception of telecommunications
  3. State the criteria for obtaining an order to disclose financial data
  4. Demonstrate the ability to recall the more important points of knowledge from the lesson
