The goal of this lesson is to provide participants with the knowledge, skills and abilities to define goals and objectives.

At the conclusion of this lesson, participants will be able to:

  1. Identify the three domains of adult learning
  2. Compare goals and objectives.
  3. Define learning goals.
  4. Define a lesson Performance Objective.
  5. Develop simple Performance Objectives according to the SMART method.
  6. Develop goals and objectives according to the 3 domains of learning.
