This course is intended to assist those preparing and conducting interviews related to Human Resources Management. To find the right persons for the right positions is crucial for any organization. Therefore the competences for each position have to be identified and scrutinized very thoroughly. In the next step each of these competencies has to be operationalized (broken down) on certain levels.
The challenge while conducting a Board Interview will be to assess the applicant’s answers related to the explored indicators properly.
This course will describe good practice in preparing and conducting such interviews considering the current knowledge of the participants.
This course is also for all those who are in charge to develop appropriate questions for Board Interviews and to enable them to conduct follow-up trainings within the Kosovo Police.
The goal of this lesson is to provide the participants with the skills and knowledge to conduct oral interviews within their organisation, e.g. to assess required competences properly.
