Material for a 3-hour lesson, part of the Mid-Level Management Course developed by the Kosovo Police Service School.
The aim of the lesson is to familiarize the mid managers with the ability to identify colleagues, who have been involved in serious policing and who seems to need a psychological debriefing in order to avoid stress and or burn out, and to recognize the different tools they can use, when they are going to debrief colleagues after they have had violent cases to deal with.
