Summary

Parties to the Memorandum expressed intent and interest to:

  • co-operate in improving the learning and sharing of experiences training, retraining and advanced training for public security, the fight against crime and, in particular, illegal manifestations of transnational crime, such as terrorism, extremism, drug trafficking, human trafficking, and others;
  • provide support for the implementation of advanced information and educational technologies in the educational process, international best practices in law enforcement training, strengthening and improving
    material-technical base of the Academy in accordance with modern requirements and standards based on the approved project;
  • assist in the study of the experience of the internal affairs bodies in OSCE region, the preparation and publication of textbooks, manuals and instructional literature;
  • participation of the Police Academy in international conferences, OSCE seminars on ensuring security and stability.
