Summary

The Mission, together with the Ministry of Interior, organised pilot training, as a follow-up to three training cycles for police on prevention and suppression of corruption. The training was organised in the Police Training Center in Sremska Kamenica. Sixty-five police officers were trained during these three training cycles in 2017. Over the course of four weeks, police officers from across Serbia learned about criminal legislation framework covering corruption-related crimes, ways to use available databases, and basics of forensic accounting. Twelve Ministry of Interior trainers were selected to deliver the training modules and share their knowledge, experience and expertise with trainees.
