The presentation is part of the The Mission to Montenegro's advanced training for police integrity facilitators and police gender facilitators in Podgorica.
The training project will provide preconditions for the proper establishment of Negotiation Team – as a result of the training skilled professionals will be equipped with a strong psychological profile and necessary techniques for high risk negotiation situations.
The goal of this meeting is to exchange information about the projects completed in 2009 and plans for 2010, with the purpose to provide a forum for co-ordination and information sharing, thus preventing overlap in implemented projects.
