Summary

The report is intended to identify common priorities among the relevant authorities and other stakeholders and prepare appropriate responses to anticipated challenges using the “intelligence led policing” model. The Serious and Organised Crime Threat Assessment of Montenegro was conducted by the Montenegrin Police Directorate Team based on data from the current situation, dynamics and trends in serious and organised crime, police reports and assessments, intelligence, analytical presentations, research and other statements, which were made by the relevant national institutions or international and regional police and other organisations, as well wide range of resources available to the public.
