Description

The conference will aim to facilitate a discussion on current challenges, issues and policy options in key areas for international co-operation in the fight against terrorism.

Summary

The conference intends to make use of the comprehensive OSCE approach to security allowing a cross-dimensional discussion on current issues of young people and violent extremism and radicalization that lead to terrorism, including in relation to the phenomenon of "Foreign Terrorism Fighters", perspectives for their reintegration into society, and specifically the issue of the terrorist radicalization and de-radicalization of young women.

A concept paper, an annotated agenda and further logistical information will be circulated by the Chairmanship in due course.
