Description

Based on the decision of the Working Group representing the Principals (MoIA, EU, OSCE, American Embassy, NATO), OSCE took the initiative to organise a regional conference to support the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Host Country in strengthening its Human Resource Management system based on professional criteria and effective, efficient, accountable and transparent procedures that are in line with the Law on Internal Affairs and its implementing regulations.

Summary

The three day conference brought together experienced HR experts from South Eastern Europe and speakers from EU countries and EU organisations to discuss the ongoing process of the reform of human resource management systems in the host country and in the region. The experts had the opportunity to debate and provide solutions in the field of human resource management in relation to the current process of implementation of the Law on Internal Affairs and its rulebooks.
