From 31 August to 4 September the Mission in Skopje organised an advanced training course on Crime Scene Investigation at the Police Training Centre in Idrizovo, Skopje. The target group was 20 trainees from the Ministry of Internal Affair’s Forensic Department. The course was delivered by two trainers, who serve with the Turkish National Police. The course is part of a Mission project to improve the functioning of the Forensic Department and develop its capacity to comply with the procedures prescribed by the new Law on Criminal Procedure.
