Summary

On 10 and 11 April in Becici, the Mission, in co-operation with the US Embassy and the Judiciary Training Centre, organized a regional conference, which presented the first ever guide on cybercrime designed as a tool for the judiciary, prosecution and law enforcement officers.

The conference was attended by forty five judges, prosecutors and police representatives from Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro, who exchanged opinions, experiences and practices in the area of implementing the Criminal Procedure Code related to combating cybercrime.

In order to develop aspects that were discussed at the conference the Mission will organize a training course in June to improve participants’ knowledge in the sensitive area of cybercrime.
