Summary

The last in a series of Mission in Montenegro supported workshops aimed at improving the capacity of the police in supporting victims of domestic violence, were held between 8 and 25 December.

The workshops, which were part of the project “Establishing an Efficient System of Prevention and Protection from Domestic Violence for Law Enforcement Agencies”, were attended by the Police Directorate’s police and inspectors of the Criminal Intelligence Department, who received training from the NGO SOS for Victims of Violence and the International Police Association.

Since the series began last September 250 police have completed the training.
