Description

The training seeks to assist participants in developing a visual arts training tool (movie) that depicts the negative consequences of corruption in border security and management.

Summary

The Transnational Threats Department/Border Security and Management Unit (TNTD/BSMU) organises a working meeting for the Core Trainers from the project on “Anti-Corruption Interactive Training for Border Guards, Customs Services and Anti-Corruption Authorities of the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine,”  to equip Core Trainers with additional knowledge and additional training delivery tools. The training seeks to assist them in developing a motivational 15-minute visual arts training tool (movie) that depicts the negative consequences of corruption in border security and management. 

The working languages of the meeting will be English and Russian. Core Trainers are invited to register for the September meeting online by 15 August 2016.

TNTD/BSMU has already completed the first three phases of the project on “Anti-Corruption Interactive Training for Border Guards, Customs Services and Anti-Corruption Authorities of the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine”. In the course of the project, the project’s national Core Trainers learned about new and innovative teaching methodologies and were able to apply their newly acquired teaching techniques to include developing interactive table top exercises and fictionalized case scenarios. They also actively worked on improving and refining their presentation skills.
