Summary

The OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina continued supporting local Coalitions against Hate (CaHs) in strengthening structured co-operation with municipal authorities. This is being achieved through adoption of two types of local policies - Declarations Condemning Hate Speech and Community Cohesion Action Plans (CCAPs). Most recently, Tuzla Canton Assembly and the Gradačac Municipal Council adopted the aforementioned Declaration. Nine local assemblies and councils across the country have also adopted CCAPs to prevent tensions within communities and promote tolerance and positive narratives.
