Summary

On 3 May, the Security Council of the Kyrgyz Republic presented to the relevant governmental agencies a methodical guide on anti-corruption measures that was developed through the expert support of the OSCE Programme Office in Bishkek. The guide contains valuable information on the identification of corruption risks, the drafting of anti-corruption plans in state agencies, the monitoring and evaluation mechanism, as well as anti-corruption information and  education. The manual is primarily intended for 40 compliance officers of state bodies who were trained on this developed methodology. Training on anti-corruption measures was carried out by the experts of the Security Council’s specialized working group, who contributed to the development of anti-corruption plans.
