Summary

Mission experts outlined the various developments in the area of hate crimes relevant to both police officers and prosecutors. Representatives from the youth lawyers’ association outlined the legal framework and instruments for investigating hate crimes. Experts from the OSCE Mission in Kosovo and from the OSCE Secretariat also gave presentations at the workshop.
