The Mission in Kosovo organised workshops on building confidence and satisfaction in policing. The workshops were attended by officers and included all ranks and proportional representation from both men and women of the Kosovo Albanian and Kosovo Serb communities.
The workshop objective was to expand the ability of the Kosovo Police to deliver an improved level of service to victims of crime, thus improving public’s level of satisfaction and increasing victims’ confidence in the police service. Officers learned about the key drivers to both confidence and satisfaction, and how they should practically treat victims of crime when initially reporting and following up on investigations.
