Material from the training on covert means of entry for police managers of the Kosovo Police Surveillance and Technical Support Section.
Advanced covert means of entry techniques and international human rights standards relevant to the application of such techniques comprised the highlights of this training, where particular focus was placed on the strict adherence to local legislation requirements and best police practices in surveillance and covert tactics. This training marks the conclusion of four-module programme which consisted of a variety of surveillance related operational capacities, delivered by the Mission from May to October.
