Summary

The aim of this unit is to provide understanding of the importance of training analysis as as precondition for the development of a training plan.

At the end of this unit you will be able to:

  1. Explain the terms "Training Need", "Training Need Analysis" and "Training Plan" according to the definitions provided in the class.
  2. Demonstrate how to conduct a Training Need Analysis, using an activity in the class.
  3. Develop a Training Plan to be used during the course, following the guidelines presented in the class.
